Hi All! We have had a lovely weekend! Garrett and I celebrated 6 years of marriage this last Sunday! We celebrated our Anniversary dinner at Rio Sabor in Scottsdale. This was our first time trying this restaurant - and it was amazing! Its an all-you-can-eat situation - and they bring around rotisserie meats on skewers to your table - and cut off the meat right in front of you! Our appetizers were Polenta, and Banana Frita (like a deep fried cinnamon coated banana - which was amazing!) The meats they brought around on skewers were Picanha, Tri-tip, Flank Steak, Brazilian Sausage, Fillet Mignon wrapped in bacon, Chicken, Turkey, Lamb, Pork Tenderloin, and they also had Grilled Pineapple (which was one of my personal faves…)
Saturday was spent at Garrett’s best friend Herb’s Graduation from Law School in Tucson, and reformatting Garrett’s computer. We later found on on Sunday - that it was actually a problem because one of the fans on the inside of his computer wasn’t working… but he has a nice fresh clean system now!
Sunday night Garrett and I watched “The Bourne Ultimatum” on DVD together - another great movie! Sometimes I am in for a good action-packed movie - and this one was just what I was wanting to see!
For all those of you that are Hills Fans… I came across this the other day… and it was totally hysterical! The best part is that Lo Bosworth (from the show) actually makes a cameo at the end - check it out! Hills Parody
Some things I am really liking, and wish I had right now…
Sexy Hair, An outfit with pops of color in magenta/hot pink, A really nice Chocolate Brown Beach Towel, A great outdoor setting for entertaining friends, and…a super cute cream dress by Vera Wang at Kohls!
